Requirements

  • Completed Enrollment Application
  • Parent/Guardian ID
  • Provide proof of current address
  • Provide proof of current wellness exam
  • Emergency contact form
  • First month tuition payment

How to Enroll

  1. Complete the admission application.
  2. Email or bring documentation to the center.
  3. Attend a parent meeting (if required).
  4. Review and sign the Parent Handbook .
  5. Make registration + first month payment.
